Knowledge is the most important tool we have both in managing HHT and spreading awareness. We believe there is no better way to promote education than by creating an environment where everyone affected by this disease can share information, ask questions and learn together.

The Patient and Family Conference is an opportunity for patients to meet other people who live with HHT, as well as unique chance to meet and talk with the best HHT medical and scientific professionals in the country and physicians can receive a maximum of 18.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM  through  the Society of Interventional Radiology (accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education).

This conference has something for everyone – whether you have HHT, have family members who are affected, or want to learn how to diagnose, treat and manage HHT. 2016 is our Year of Empowerment, and we want you to join us as we empower the HHT community to make informed decisions about HHT management and give everyone affected by this disorder the opportunity to live a full and joyful life.
