SIR Revenue Cycle Management

Starts:  Jan 24, 2025 07:30 AM (ET)
Ends:  Jan 25, 2025 04:00 PM (ET)

Physicians lack knowledge of the revenue cycle as they are not typically managing this process, and they receive no formal training in healthcare revenue, coding, billing, and coverage. Additionally, a lack of understanding and resources in this area further discourages them from building this skill set.

Learning objectives

To provide physicians and business partners with the knowledge to identify the revenue gaps that exist within their practice and give them the skills needed to address these problems. Additionally, the course will aim to ensure SIR members and their business leaders are armed with the knowledge to be the strongest advocates for our profession in the arenas of economics and reimbursement.

  1. To educate IR physicians and business partners to identify the revenue gaps within their practice and give them the skills to address these problems.
  2. Increase the knowledge to be the strongest advocates for our profession in the arenas of economics and reimbursement.
