2026 Early Career Resource Project Ad-hoc Volunteers

The Early Career Governing Council is working on a digital guide geared towards 101 concepts for early careers and graduating residents. The resource provides an overview on tips and advice from experienced IR leaders that covers an overview of healthcare economics, finding and negotiation for your first job, practice model types, managing a bad case/complications, building relationships with industry and more!

We are seeking early career content reviewers who are willing to inspect the draft from late May to June before additional committees and IR leaders provide direct feedback in the summer/fall. This review process is estimated to take less than 5 hours. Please note that this is a short-term project and not a committee assignment.

All volunteers for this short-term project must be attending physicians.
