2024 Mentorship in IR Resource Reviewers

SIR is looking for a few volunteers to help review pre-existing resources related to mentorship. This review process is estimated to take less than 4 hours. The review period would last from April 29^th to May 24^th.

We understand that everyone has their own opinions and experiences regarding the term mentorship. The resources being reviewed are not meant to replace mentoring programs, non-recorded lectures, or in-person and networking events that occur at various SIR meetings.

We also recognize that SIR sections have created online resources catered to their specific demographic, which does not necessarily mention the term mentorship. Ex: How to Succeed as an Independent IR, Mastering Financial Wellness, Finding an IR job: Contract negotiation and practice evaluation
