The inaugural SIR National Angio Club Marathon is a 4-hour virtual event where expertise meets endurance. Join our hosts, Kush Desai, MD, FSIR, SIR 2025 scientific chair, and Kumar Madassery, MD, FSIR the vice-chair, as they introduce interventional radiologists showcasing a variety of hot topic cases from across the country.
Participants will have the opportunity to actively engage by asking questions and participating in dynamic discussions centered around various interventional radiology (IR) cases.
Designed for professionals at any career level, the inaugural SIR National Angio Club Marathon will provide you with a morning filled with knowledge and engaging conversations. Grab your coffee and join us on May 21 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET.
Here's what you need to know:
- When is the submission deadline? May 5 at 11:59 p.m. ET
- How many cases will be selected? We'll be selecting 20 cases
- What kind of topics? All topics are welcome, focusing on complex and intriguing cases
- Who can submit cases? Submissions are open to SIR members, including trainees
- Will there be CME credits? Yes!
BONUS: Two awards will be bestowed upon the best cases.
Geogy Challenge:
- One trainee case will be selected by Geogy Vatakencherry, MD, FSIR
- Selected trainee will receive a publication in IR Quarterly
- Complimentary registration for SIR 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting or SIR membership for the 2024-2025 term
- Recognition at SIR 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting in Nashville
